Brush Parks reflect one of Brush's greatest assets - a Quality of Life!
VFW Memorial Park is adjacent to a campground (the first night is free), softball fields, swimming pool and the county fairgrounds. Pettey's Park on Mill Street, is beside a 9-hole golf course at Bunker Hill Country Club, and features a wonderful playground with a pond and fountain nearby. Pioneer and Sunset Parks sport an excellent bike and walking path. Prairie Trails Park is the newest addition to Brush and features Doty Pond, an inviting fishing sport for area youth. Brush's city sponsored summer recreation programs provide many opportunities for youth and adults, ranging from baseball, weight lifting, tubing and tennis to arts and crafts. Private businesses also provide recreation such as Brush Roller Rink, Fireside Lanes (bowling), Sands Theatre, etc.
This Gazebo is located in the VFW Memorial Park and is the site for many community functions. In addition, the VFW Memorial park also has a very nice swimming pool for the entire family to enjoy.
Doty Pond is one of the newest park projects in Brush and offers a good fishing spot for Brush residents.
